• National Training's current scheme will run to the end of 2010. A new approach with funding on the same basis as H.S.I. has been suggested and will be investigated.


• Training the Trainers is a successful course.


• Regional funded training in place.

Judges

• Judges will have training on 6 July at Spruce Lodge and the Judges Seminar is scheduled for 7 September. Judges who attend judge training to avail of free membership for 2011.


• Regions are being funded by Dressage Ireland to help with the cost of inviting judges from different regions.

National Championships

• National Championships are currently being organized and early entries would be welcomed to make planning more effective.

World Equestrian Games

• There will be some funding available from H.S.I. and Dressage Ireland for rider(s), but most of the cost will need to be borne by the competitor.


• Currently only Anna Merveldt will be travelling.

Venues and Affiliated Shows

• More venues have expressed an interest in running affiliated dressage shows. Details will need to be checked out thoroughly.
