Rule Book

• Rule book is under review and to be updated for 2010.

National Championships

• National Championships to be held at Cavan September 24 to 26, 2010. The organisation will be headed by 1 co-ordinator and several sub-division co-ordinators. With the economical situation in mind, the board has decided to keep the qualification criteria of 2009 in place for 2010. The championships of 2009 were the most expensive ever, with the bulk of the prize money being awarded in the lower competition classes.

Regional Training Day funded by H.S.I.

• Most regions have had their Regional Training Day funded by H.S.I. and all regions reported good feedback on these. Robert has asked the regions to become more resourceful for 2010 where it concerns funding and finances.

Judges Committee

• Judges Committee reported on the last of the exams of 2009. Plans with regard to training and exams for 2010 are currently being worked on.

Printed Schedule

• The Winter Schedule 2009/2010 will be the last printed schedule for Dressage Ireland to be sent out (January 2010). After that, the main form of information will be the website.

Clothing Range

• A clothing range of Dressage Ireland is being considered.
