Winter Finals

• Winter Finals are organized and will be run over 2 days this year.

Funding

• It was announced at a H.S.I. meeting of the Affiliates that funding is going to be very small this year and that D.I. will need to fund a lot itself this year.


• Regional funding for training will still be available, as will there be funding for the judges forthcoming from Dressage Ireland. Also Senior and Development riders training will be funded by D.I.

World Equestrian Games

• 2 riders have qualified already, Anna Merveldt and Yvette Truesdale and 2 more need one more qualification, Judy Reynolds and Angela Crane.

Dressage Ireland Youthclub

• DIY is in danger with lack of interest from its members and Bill Delahoyde is calling for support again. Martine Greenlee will be liaison person to the Board.

Judges Upgrading

• Judges upgrading does not have the same amount of applications for 2010, with a lot of judges being upgraded in the past 2 years. Focus will be put on training with a Seminar again in September and twice 2 judges' training sessions, hopefully towards the end of spring and in the autumn.
