This class is open to Junior Category 1 riders who have who have attended three regional shows and achieved a score of 64% or above in a Novice test between the 11/09/23 and the 24/03/24 excluding scores attained at National Championships 2023.
A Junior must be 18 years or younger on 1st January 2024 and must be registered as a junior member of Dressage Ireland for 2024.
If a combination has qualified for this class but the horse has exceeded the permitted points for this grade they may still enter the class but only compete as a Sports combination (Restricted). These combinations can compete for rosettes and prizes in kind only against other Sports combinations and will not be eligible for class prizes or placings.
