HSI Silver Spurs Details
The closing date for entries for the final two Silver Spurs quaifiers is Friday June 11th. However, the Mullingar qualifier scheduled for the 25th June is already full - any more entries for Mullingar will be put on a waiting list and will only be accepted if a space becomes available.
There are still spaces for the Spruce Lodge qualifier the following day, but it's filling up fast and spaces are limited - get your entry in straight away!
NB: Young Riders class is now open to Under 25s!
Entries are looking great for Clonshire and Spruce Lodge, with Mullingar proving slightly less popular so far. Entries for Laurel View are surprisingly low - we are hoping for a last minute boost in the North so that we don't end up cancelling the Ulster qualifier again.
Times will be available on-line on Friday 26th.

Entries to be made on the official entry form and posted to Martine Greenlee, Kingsland, Ballinhassig, Co. Cork to arrive on or before Friday 11 June.
Enter early! Entry numbers are limited and entries will be accepted on a first come first served basis! The Mullingar qualifier is already half full and a large entry is expected for both venues.

Tests are in 20×40m arenas for all Qualifiers.
Note that Junior and Young Riders will have one test in their semi final in a 20×60m arena.
10 riders from each category to go through to the semi-final at Marlton Stud, Co. Wicklow on 13 August.
The under 12 winners will be decided by their placings in the semi-finals.
The ride-offs (finals) will take place the next day, 14 August at Marlton.
The top 3 pony,junior and young riders will have the full ride off where they will ride each other's mount (within each category) and the winner will be determined by totaling their scores.
Riders may be Dressage Ireland members or not.
However, no horse/pony or rider should have competed at Medium Level or above (dressage) or 2* Eventing or above.
For safety reasons, stallions are not allowed.
In essence,the format of the competition remains unchanged. Two arenas will run at each qualifier as has been the case in the past. The master judge will sit in the middle, as in the past and give rider marks, and each arena will have a judge who will mark the test in the usual fashion.
