Riders may ride on either day but prizes and Classic Champions are only given over both days. To qualify riders should be members of Dressage Ireland and ride the same horse at the same level each day.
STABLING: All stables in Spruce Lodge for the Classic are gone. Stabling available very close by from Zara Glennon Cully 085 2368459.
A list of local stables and accommodation is also available on the website under regions - South East Region - NutriScience Classic.
ENTRIES: Entries are now open, but we would ask you to enter before the closing date.
LATE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE FACILITATED, please don't ask as a refusal may offend.
CLASSES: Classes 1, 3, 5, 7. 9, 11, 13, 15, 17 will be held on Saturday.
Classes 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 will be held on Sunday.
Young horse Classes will be on Saturday and the Freestyles will be on Sunday.
Trail Blazers may be on either Saturday or Sunday depending on entries.
To win a class the rider must compete on the same horse in both classes of the same level, i.e. class 1 and 2.
PRIZE FUND: Half the entry fees will go towards the prize fund. Plus we also have generous sponsorship from our title sponsor NutriScience and from Shanaclune Equine Dentistry. Childeric Saddles are sponsoring the Freestyle classes which will get prize money and a Childeric saddle pad.
COURSE WALK on Friday evening from 6:30 to 8:00 and Saturday morning from 7:30 to 8:00. Sunday morning: 7:30 to 8:00
Please note, horses must be mounted at all times during corse walk.
Horses must be mounted in the warmup arenas also.
Whips and commands are permitted as this is a festival.
FOOD: There will be a hot food van in Spruce Lodge on Saturday and Sunday - Posh Cakes and More - Please support them to make their journey worthwhile.
