Entries:

Entries must always be made online on the Dressage Ireland website. The deadline for entries will be the Friday preceding the show  23.45pm. 

We will not be accepting late entries. We would ask all competitors not to leave it until the last minute to make entries. While we are happy to help, we cannot do so at 11pm! 

We will only be accepting entries via the Dressage Ireland website - not by Paypal, not by email, not by cash on the day! Please familarise yourself with the website in advance of entering, please re register riders and horses in plenty of time before entering shows and please don't leave your entry until the last minute. 

Eligibility:

We welcome entries from Dressage Ireland members from all regions at our shows. 

We welcome entries from unregistered horses and riders at our shows where space permits. A temporary insurance fee (applied by the website when entering) , applies to unregistered entries. 

Only registered unrestricted riders and horses from the Leinster region are eligible for league points and prizes. 

Withdrawals for normal shows:

 - By email to leinsterdressage@gmail.com strictly by mid-day by the Tuesday preceding the event

Only withdrawals made in this manner and within this time frame will be refunded 

- Withdrawals after the cut off date and withdrawals by any other method of communication or to any other individual / email will not be refunded 

Schooling and stabling

The majority of venues used by Leinster Dressage allow schooling at their venue prior to events. Please get in touch with the venues directly to enquire about schooling 

Photography

We have a professional photographer booked for shows. Only the official photographer make take images to sell on the day 

Catering 

We aim to have catering available at all shows, details released prior to the shows. 

Stalls and stands 

We welcome stands at our shows and embrace supporting Irish and small businesses.

Please note any stands must have 2.6M public liability insurance in place. 

Volunteering

We will be in need of volunteers for scribing and sheet collecting at our forthcoming shows. We would be most grateful if those interested could please contact us by email to leinsterdressage@gmail.com. Scribing is a brilliant way to learn more about dressage from the judges aspect and sheet collecting is great for getting in some extra steps.
