Young Rider Development Pathway

The Young Rider Development Pathway is a new initiative to provide a training and support network for young dressage riders.
This programme aims to prepare athletes to represent Ireland at the Youth Home International and other National level competitions, with the ultimate aim of progression to High Performance squads in the future.

Training days and weekends will take place throughout the year focussing on improving the performance of athlete and horse.
Areas covered will include test riding, sports psychology, biomechanics and many more.

Progress and goal setting meetings will also be available to riders.

This programme is open to all riders aged 8-25 years old who are current and active members of Dressage Ireland.
